The studio is located in an apartment building and is furnished in a rustic, typical local style. The property is situated on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of its quiet and secluded location. Available for shared use are: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Kehidakustány. The studio is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.
