Enjoy your stay! ## Logement Located on the 1st floor with a lift, this unit has the following features: - 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds; - a fully equipped and functional kitchen; - a bathroom; - a lounge area with a convertible sofa to relax after a day of walking. Its practicality and privileged location are particularly appreciated.
The building is located in front of the square des Épinettes, offering easy access to a pleasant green space, which is particularly advantageous when traveling with children. You will find everything you need to have a great stay, including Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, fan, iron, refrigerator, etc. Please note that the cleaning fee also includes sheets and towels. The apartment enjoys an ideal location in a pleasant area: - All food shops are available avenue de St-Ouen, just 3 minutes walk, including a supermarket. - Cafes and restaurants are nearby. - Guy Môquet Metro Station on line 13 is a 5-minute walk away. - In addition, bus line 21 is also nearby. During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sights that make the city famous, such as: - Parc Clichy - Batignolles Martin Luther-King, only 14 minutes walk away; - Montmartre, a 20-minute walk away; - Parc Monceau, 16 minutes by metro, and many more. Location, well equipped. Parking available in area.

WiFi almost doesn't work. No help from owner/local representative. They took security deposit which is yet to be refunded.
Very rude behavior during check in, they gave ultimatum of checking in at sharp 16:00 or else further time has to be paid separately.
