Located among the Tuscan hills of Riparbella, the holiday apartment Podere Terraviva - Apt Mimosa offers you a splendid sea view and an atmosphere of absolute tranquility.
The accommodation is spread over two floors and features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with an en-suite shower), making it ideal for four people.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and high chair. Your private outdoor space includes a garden, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
You can also enjoy a large shared garden, gazebo, and the charming natural pool (biolake): an ecological oasis 20 meters long, perfect for relaxing surrounded by flowers, olive trees, and with views of vineyards and the sea. The property also features a food forest, a woodland orchard rich in biodiversity where you can discover an innovative agricultural approach inspired by nature, with edible plants, small wildlife, and a naturally balanced ecosystem. The property promotes sustainability with energy-saving lighting, photovoltaic panels, natural insulation materials, and biodegradable products for personal and household cleaning, as water is reused for irrigation. Two parking spaces are available.

Alles war, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben und Andrea war ein toller Gastgeber. Er hat alles mit viel Liebe und zudem nachhaltig eingerichtet und der Naturpool ist ein absolutes Highlight. Bis zum Meer waren es ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir hatten einen wundervolle Zeit und können das Objekt nur empfehlen.
