Cocoonr agency is offering for rent, in the commune of Vidauban, this charming 85 m² air-conditioned flat that can accommodate up to 6 travellers.
Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two nice bedrooms and two shower rooms.
Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 17 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160x200) - Bedroom 2: with 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4) - Shower room 1: with shower and WC - Shower room 2: with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot.
The flat is ideally located in Vidauban, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities : - River about 5 minutes' walk away, where you can go canoeing and kayaking. - Sports park - Drop In" private park with inflatable games - Several wine estates nearby, including one listed as a historic monument on the outskirts of Vidauban - The sea about 1 hour's drive away: Frejusn Saint Aygulf, Saint Maxime, Saint Tropez (1h30) - Parc Aoubre 20 minutes' drive away - Concerts at the Frejus Arena (approx. 40 min by car) Transport : If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
A public pay car park (free at certain times of the year) is available in the town centre.
Free public parking at Vidauban station and the Parc Aquatique.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Vidauban 350 m away (5 min walk) - Nearest airport: Nice airport 81 km away Other information : - A high chair can be provided on request and at an additional cost (payment to the concierge). - Bed linen and towels included - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
