Ground floor: Equipped kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace, bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bathroom, separate WC.
First floor: Four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; three with 140 cm beds and one with two 90 cm beds.

This charming and independent Périgordian stone house is ideally located just 8 km from Sarlat and 4 km from Carlux.
You will appreciate the comfort and tranquility of the place, while being close to Sarlat and major tourist sites such as Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Lascaux, Rocamadour, and Padirac, as well as the many activities offered in the Périgord.
For garden enthusiasts, numerous beautiful gardens are nearby, such as the Jardins de Cadiot, the Gardens of the Manoir d'Eyrignac, the Gardens of Marqueyssac, and the Water Gardens of Carsac.
Linen: Sheets and towels available for hire on request, with beds made up on arrival for a warm welcome.
