Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 32 m² flat in Gentilly can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 6th floor (with lift), it comprises an attractive 14 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
Facade renovation work will be carried out on the building until the end of March 2026. Noise and visual disturbance may be experienced during the day only.
The accommodation comprises
- A 14 m² living room with a double sofa bed, a connected TV and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room, wardrobe and washing machine/dryer
- A separate WC
Outside:
The south-facing flat is ideally located in Gentilly, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to the Bicêtre hospital and all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.
Activities :
- Sébastien Charléty stadium 5 minutes' drive away
- Tourist attractions (Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame de Paris Cathedral, Arc de Triomphe, etc.) accessible by public transport or car
Public transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby public pay car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Montparnasse train station 15 minutes away by car
- Paris-Orly airport, 15 minutes by car or 4 metro stations away
