The apartment is located in the center of Venice but very easy to reach on foot both from the station and from Piazzale Roma, in one of the few areas still alive and residential in Venice.
The apartment is located in a bright apartment building on the third floor.
It consists of an entrance corridor that leads to a large dining room with table, two sofas and a bookcase with a comfortable desk that is excellent as a workstation that overlooks a small terrace with table and chairs. The kitchen is large, bright and equipped with everything: appliances, cutlery and pots; a small table overlooking the large arched window is perfect for having an intimate breakfast for two. The bedroom has a large double bed and a nice wardrobe. The tiled bathroom consists of a shower, sink, bidet and toilet. The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Upon request, CaSA check Venezia is available to organize some services: - transfer from/to the airport, port, station and square of Rome - boat and walking tours - island tours - typical bacari tours - babysitting - reservations at typical restaurants, all to make you live a unique and authentic experience, as well as an unforgettable stay! “The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.” City Tax: € 4,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights Check-in: Late check out: • up to 12 is 30€ • up to 14 is 60€ Extra: CRIB € 20,00 Per day (upon request), BABY CHAIR € 20,00 Per day (upon request), PET FRIENDLY € 30,00 Per day (upon request)

Very clean, though the cleaning product used was very fragrant. Location was great. Some amenities lacking. It was hot...very hot. Our bedroom was 89 deg F at night, no fan, no air conditioning working even after running it for 5 hours. We were miserable.
