Located on the second floor of an ancient Florentine palazzo in the heart of the historic center, in Borgo Ognissanti, one of the city's most characteristic neighborhoods, the apartment is a stone's throw from the Arno River and a 5-minute walk from S.Maria Novella station and Piazza Duomo.
Ideal for visiting Florence's most beautiful tourist sites by moving around on foot.
The space
Located on the 1st floor with no elevator but there are only 2 short flights of stairs.
- Fully equipped KITCHEN: snack table with chairs, refrigerator, freezer, induction cooktop, pots, dishes, wine glasses.
- LIVING AREA separated from the kitchen by a corridor equipped with dining table chairs and TV.
- BEDROOM with double bed 160x190 equipped with new orthopedic mattress.
Closet with hangers and shelves, iron and drying rack.
- BATHROOM with shower, toilet paper, hand soap, hair dryer. Please, note that the bathroom is very small.
- Storage room for suitcases.
Air conditioning and heat pump heating.
Double windows ensure that there is no noise from outside. In addition, the apartment's windows overlooks a small inner courtyard and not the main street therefore it is very quiet.
