The apartment is on the second floor of an ancient Florentine building, in the heart of Borgo Ognissanti, one of the city's most characteristic neighborhoods.
You are just a few steps from the Arno and about 5 minutes on foot from Santa Maria Novella station and Piazza Duomo, making it ideal for visiting Florence's main tourist sites comfortably on foot.
The space The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator, but you only need to climb two short flights of stairs. - Fully equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, kettle, induction cooktop, pots, plates, wine glasses, and American coffee machine. - Living area separated from the kitchen by a hallway, equipped with dining table, chairs, and TV. - Bedroom with a 160x190 cm double bed, new orthopedic mattress, wardrobe with hangers and shelves, iron, and drying rack. - Bathroom with shower, toilet paper, hand soap, and hairdryer.
Please note the bathroom is small in size. - Storage room for your suitcases.
The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating.
Double windows ensure peace and quiet, as they overlook a small inner courtyard, away from the main street.
There is no city view.

La ubicación, todo estaba limpio y la habitación era amplia.
Todo está nuevo.
El baño. Es MUY pequeño.Te tienes q sentar en la taza de medio lado porque no entras. El desagüe de la ducha está a la entrada del baño, al lado del lavabo. Asi que una vez que usabas la ducha tenias que tener cuidado a la hora de entrar en el baño porque se quedaba húmedo. El lavabo muy pequeño tam...
