The apartment is located on the 1st floor and extends to the 2nd floor.

This property features a shared outdoor space with a garden, 8 open terraces, 2 covered terraces, and a barbecue for guests to enjoy. The property is located 15 m from the swimming seaside area and is accessible directly from the front door.
Moreover, there are mudflat hiking opportunities without creeks right in front of Norderhörn. 7 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed upon request (for a nightly fee). Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Beach chairs are provided free of charge. 10 bikes are available for rent (for a fee). The property has a motorbike and bicycle storage. There is a possibility to arrange trips by a small rail vehicle (Loren) to the neighboring island of Hallig Oland (depending on rime and weather conditions).
