Location

Crone is a very old village situated on the west shore of the lake.

The apartment is a two-family house consisting of 2 newly built apartments and row format both located on the ground floor.

They are located just above the 'village of Crone and enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and mountains with peaks over 1500 meters above sea level.

A walk among the narrow streets and village character will reach the market square which is 500 meters and where the market is held every Wednesday this week.

Interior

This apartment has an area of about 95m² and is suitable for 5 persons. The apartment is composed of a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds with the possibility to put them together), the third room has 1 single bed) and 2 bathrooms (1 with bath and one with shower), private outdoor parking. Maximum 2 dogs allowed.

Surroundings

From your apartment you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and surrounding mountains (Dolomites, Valvestino and the Alps). There are many sports activities in the area such as windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, mountain biking and trekking.

You can also admire the territory from the air during a round trip tourist flight.

Bicycles can be rented 300 meters away so you can explore the wonderful environment of Adamello, Alto Garda and Giudicarie.

In the surrounding area you will find several markets: Wednesdays in Crone and Tuesdays in Ponte Caffaro on Lake Idro.

There is also plenty of opportunity for hiking in this beautiful, mountainous area.

Of course you can also make excursions to Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Venice and Milan.

• Security Deposit: €100

• Tourist Tax: €1.40 per person per day (applicable to guests aged 14 and above, up to a maximum of 14 days)

• Gas/Water/Electricity: €30 per person per week (complimentary for children under 3 years)

• Heating: €35 per day, charged according to consumption

• Bed and Bath Linen: €25 per person per change

• Cleaning Fee: €95

• Baby Kit (highchair and crib): €40 per week

• Pets: €6 per day

Check-in: 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Check-out: 8:00 am – 10:00 am
Check-in after 8:00 pm is only possible upon request (or in case of travel-related issues) and is subject to a €50 surcharge.
