Location

This apartment is located in a beautiful park, right beside wonderful Lake Idro.

The complex consists of 22 comfortable and modern apartments, surrounded by a park.

Guests have access to a beautiful (heated) pool with Jacuzzi and separate children's area.

Garden furniture is also available.

Facilities include two grills for common use, a playground for children, a laundry, and a wellness center equipped with a sauna, Turkish bath and gym. The complex also has a bar, a large community room and a reception area where you can get information regarding the most beautiful sights and attractions in the region.

There is a parking lot as well.
The Residence is part of the program Destination Charging the Tesla and will provide its guests in 2017 a pioneering service: charging station for electric cars (two wall TESLA connectors of 11 kW each, customer service).

Interior

This beautiful apartment could be located on the ground floor or on the first floor and has an area of about 62 m². The apartment is suitable for 4 to 6 persons.

The living room has a 2-person sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner electric stove, coffeemaker, microwave, kettle and refrigerator with freezer.

There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other furnished with two single beds.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.

All apartments are comfortable and modern and have central heating, a safe deposit box and a TV with satellite connection.

From the terrace, complete with tables and chairs, you have a wonderful view of the mountains and lake.

News: For the 2024 season, all bed mattresses will be replaced with new Dorelan mattresses.

Surroundings

The holiday complex is situated directly on the beach of Lake Idro.

From the complex you can enjoy the view of the lake and surrounding mountains (Dolomites, Valvestino and the Alps). There are many sport opportunities in the area including windsurfing, sailing, kite surfing, mountain biking, and trekking.

On a sightseeing flight you can enjoy the surroundings from the air or why not explore the natural parks of Adamello, Alto Garda and Giudicarie by bicycle (rental available just 300 meters from the accommodation). There are plenty of opportunities for hiking in this beautiful, mountainous area.

Of course you can also go on excursions to such places as Brescia, Verona, Mantua, Venice and Milan.

Conditions

The rate includes access to the fitness center, use of the swimming pool (from 16/05/2026 to 19/09/2026), the children’s playground, and the barbecue areas.

Wi-Fi is available in the reception area.

The on-site bar, reserved exclusively for guests, is open in July and August.

The pool is heated solely by solar panels; therefore, the water temperature depends on weather conditions.

Mandatory additional charges (payable on-site):

• Gas, water, and electricity: €30 per person per week (free for children under 3)

• Heating: €35 per apartment per day

• Final cleaning: €95

• Tourist tax: €1.40 per person per day
