Cocoonr Agency presents this charming 33 m² studio, located on the 12th floor (with elevator) of a residence, offering a beautiful view over the city.
Designed to accommodate up to 2 guests, this cozy apartment stands out for its brightness, functional layout, and private terrace.
Perfect for a romantic getaway or a solo stay, it provides a pleasant and relaxing setting, close to all amenities. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, cleaning is included and high-quality 4-star hotel linen (bed sheets, towels, and kitchen towels) is provided.
For your comfort, your bed will be carefully prepared before your arrival. The studio is composed as follows : - A 27 m² open-plan living space featuring an entrance workspace, a queen-size bed (160×200), TV, a lounge area with armchairs, and a small table for meals or relaxation, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen including: refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and cooking utensils, designed for both practicality and comfort. - A modern bathroom with shower and toilet. - A pleasant private terrace, ideal for enjoying a relaxing moment outdoors, whether for a morning coffee or a quiet evening. - Additional amenity : washing machine. Surroundings : The apartment benefits from a very pleasant environment, with all essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and markets.
It is an ideal base for exploring Strasbourg and discovering the Alsace region. Transport : If you are arriving by car, you can park nearby using the various Zenpark parking facilities (paid parking, reservation recommended). For getting around : - “Winston Churchill” bus and tram stops (lines N3, C, E) are a 2-minute walk away. - “Landsberg” tram stop (line D) is a 10-minute walk away. - Strasbourg train station is accessible in 25 minutes by public transport and 15 minutes by car. - Strasbourg International Airport is reachable in 1 hour by public transport and 17 minutes by car. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic). - Pets are not allowed. - The apartment is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. 🙁 Meckern auf hohem Niveau bei dem Preis Leistungsverhältnis...das 1,60m Bett könnte eine durchgehende Matratze haben aber dafür 2 Decken.
