The studio apartment Loft 1º With Roof Terrace is located in València and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway.
The 25 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot is also available.
This studio apartment features a private balcony for evening relaxation. Guests have access to a fantastic terrace shared with other guests in the building. There is a paid parking 8 minutes away and close to the accommodation there are supermarkets, the central market and the IVAM monuments. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are kindly requested to respect the established hours of silence and rest from 10 pm onwards.

Limpieza y toallas muy bien.
El departamento es lindo tiene algunos detalles estéticos que deberían mejorar, la decoración.
El balcón es lo que me desilusionó, yo leí balcón e imaginé que seria uno donde se entraría una silla para sentarse, y no, es un balcón francés.
El wifi funcionaba bastante mal.
Igualmente volveria por la ubicación y la amabilidad de los anfitriones.
