Welcome to Estepona Rooftop Sea Views – an apartment with a fantastic location near the sea, beach and city, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beauty and lifestyle of Costa del Sol. The apartment is within comfortable walking distance to the beach and close to shops, restaurants and the harbour, making it an ideal location for both holidays and longer stays.
The accommodation offers two bedrooms and a bathroom, providing comfort and flexibility for couples, families, or friends travelling together.
The kitchen and living room are on the same floor and have direct access to the large roof terrace, creating a delightful sense of spaciousness and making it easy to switch between indoor and outdoor environments. The large roof terrace, which was refreshed during 2026, is one of the apartment's greatest assets.
Here you will find outdoor furniture that makes it possible to eat outside, sunbathe or relax while enjoying the panoramic view of the Mediterranean.
It is a perfect place for morning coffee, long dinners or watching the sun set over the horizon while the sea breeze cools. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating, which makes the stay pleasant all year round.
For guests travelling by car, there is also secure garage parking, which provides easy and safe parking during the stay. The location makes it easy to combine beach life with the city's charm.
The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and Estepona's harbour offers boat trips, fishing trips, restaurants and cafés. The nearby beach promenade makes it easy to walk into town and discover local shops, markets and the relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere. Please note that certain facilities and areas in the property, such as the pool, lift, garage, and other common areas, are managed by the housing association.
