The holiday home Casa de la Aldea offers beautiful mountain views and is located in Baños de Santiago (Guarros).
The two-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to four people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
This exclusive holiday rental features a private outdoor area with a garden, terrace, and barbecue. You have access to a shared outdoor area with a fenced communal pool and lifeguard (open in July and August; closed on Mondays for rest), free of charge for guests.
The property is located in the Sierra Nevada National Park, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
Nearby attractions include the scenic route along the Padules canals, the Fondón irrigation ditches, Laujar de Andarax with its famous nativity scene and hydroelectric plant, the Water Trail of Paterna del Río, and the GR140 long-distance hiking trail.
The beach is 44 km away in Almerimar and 65 km from Cabo de Gata. Card payment is not accepted. There is free street parking.
