Cocoonr offers this charming 75 m² flat for rent in Carcassonne, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms and a shower room.

The accommodation comprises - 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 25 m² terrace, not overlooked, with 2 deckchairs and a garden table to enjoy the sunny days. The flat is ideally located in Carcassonne, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - Visit the medieval city of Carcassonne (30 min walk) - Lac de la Cavayere (15 min by car), the Sigean African reserve, the beaches at Gruissant... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public parking spaces near the flat. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Carcassonne station 1.5 km away (5 min walk) - Nearest airport: Carcassonne Sud de France airport 3 km (5 min by car) Other remarks : - Possibility to leave your bikes in the hallway of the residence (secured doors). - Bed linen and towels included. - Free WiFi available (fibre optics). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Le Cerisier des 4 Chemins "logement spacieux, propre et très bien situé pour un court séjour pour une famille de 5 personnes. Tout le nécessaire est inclus ds le logement et tout ça à 10mn à pied du centre et 20 mn de la cité

Le Cerisier des 4 Chemins Logement agréable, bien situé, hôtes réactifs et soucieux de bien faire. Si d'aventure je reviens à Carcassonne, j'y retournerai sans hésiter !
