In the rear garden area, you will find the separate garden house, which was renovated and lovingly furnished in 2022.
The accommodation has its own entrance and a small terrace.
The optimal use is for 2 people, but it can be set up for up to 4 people after consultation, as the sofa can be used as a sofa bed.
The holiday home offers bright, friendly rooms with an open kitchen and seating area, a living area with TV, and a bedroom in the cosy attic.
The living area invites you to relaxed TV evenings with cosy blankets.
The bedroom in the attic ensures restful sleep in a quiet environment.

The Berliner Mauerweg is a 2-minute walk away and is ideal for hiking, cycling, exploring, sports activities or relaxing.
The S-Bahn is about a 10-minute walk away and takes you directly to the centre of Berlin, so you can reach Potsdamer Platz or Friedrichstraße in about 30 minutes.
Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance in about 10-15 minutes.

Absolut unkomplizierter und extrem freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung war beispiellos.
Bett war entgegen jedem Anschein extrem bequem, gemütlich und bot exzellente Schlafqualität.
Parkplatzsituation im freien Straßenland war unproblematisch.

Wir waren zum Radfahren angereist. Sehr gute Radweg Anbindung. Kurzer Weg zur S Bahn.Man ist in 40 min im Zentrum von Berlin.
