This gated complex in the sought-after Guadalmina / Guadalmansa area offers upscale apartments and penthouses surrounded by tropical gardens.
Enjoy an outdoor pool, children’s pool, heated indoor pool, spa, sauna, gym, and 24-hour security.
Ideally located between Marbella, San Pedro, and Estepona, and close to Tikitano Beach Bar & Restaurant. While staying with us you can make use of all of the pool, indoor pool, gym and sauna.
In addition, you have acces to the parking place in garage underneath the apartment. 1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. 2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application.
All information will be visible in the application.
As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly. 3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit. 4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability.
The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable. 5.You can use our services during your stay.
We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service. 6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date.
After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host. 7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside.
The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account. 8. The indoor pool is closed during summer. 9. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools.
For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools.

The entree of the complex will be renovated until further notice. TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee.
The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays.
The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation.
