The house is located in a pedestrian area: it is therefore not possible to reach the apartment by car. We also point out 6 steps at the entrance to the pedestrian street, which in turn includes steps.

The private balcony equipped with table and chairs is delightful, where you can admire the panorama of the lake and the mountains!

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Parking could be not so easy during busy season, especially close to the main attractions.

Ferry rides may be less frequent in winter.
