The Villino is located just minutes from the heart of the lively town of Porto Azzurro, which can be reached on foot in just 10 minutes.
Located in a residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the town center but close enough to be easily reached on foot or by car, which comes alive in the summer months, offering its visitors ever-changing events, bars, restaurants, small stores and craft stalls.
You will be just a few minutes' drive from the typical east coast beaches, such as those of Barbarossa, Reale and Terra Nera, but also those of golden sand such as Lido di Capoliveri, only six minutes away by car.

It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin both with air conditioning, a bathroom with shower and bidet, and a bright living room with a sofa bed and dining table.
The kitchenette has a gas stove and refrigerator with freezer, and from the kitchenette there is access to the outdoor garden through a back door.

Entrance to the living room is through a glass door that opens onto the green, well-kept garden, with dining area protected during warmer hours by a cream-colored awning.
