The property, located on the first floor and accessible by stairs, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, an open space sleeping area and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV.
A high chair is also available. This property offers a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue for guests to enjoy.
Starting in June, a Finnish wooden hot tub, heated and suitable for hot, cold or cryotherapy baths, will be available for communal use in the outdoor garden, with a maximum capacity of 8 people. There is a tennis court within a 15-minute walking distance from the property. The host offers a variety of experiences, including excursions, cooking classes, and e-bike tours.
Guests staying at the property receive a 10% discount on these activities. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. The property offers homemade/homegrown produce. The property is a piece of paradise—calm and located in the hills of Bellagio with a stunning view of Lake Como.
Chiara is welcoming and extremely attentive.
The apartment is very well equipped and spotless. We would return without hesitation.

The place is amazing, brand new furniture, very well designed and cozy, with everything you need, beds are comfortable and everything is pristine.
The views on the lake and countryside are gorgeous, the place is very calm and parking is easy.
