Accommodation description
We may have forgotten it a bit, but holidays in Austria were originally much celebrated in the home of a hospitable Austrian family. This is another such house where originally only bedrooms with bathrooms were rented out, and breakfast was possible. The breakfast room has been transformed into a modern and cosy living kitchen with all modern conveniences. Via the communal staircase are the five bedrooms, all with bathrooms. Just outside Mittersill, just before the Felbertaurn pass towards Carinthia, you will find your accommodation in a quiet location. Cosy Mittersill is only 3 kilometres away and Kaprun/Zell am See and Neukirchen am Großvenediger are also quickly accessible by car. The ski bus takes you to Hollersbach and Pass Thurn where the Kitzbühel ski area awaits you. A holiday address which is tremendously centrally located, if you like variety of different ski areas. Mittersill has a wide range of leisure activities all year round. Among others: mountain biking, mountain climbing, skiing, tobogganing on the world's longest toboggan run in Bramberg, cross-country skiing and much more! The Krimml waterfalls, the Grossglockner-Hochalpenstraße and the beautiful Tauern valleys are definitely worth a visit!


Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot.
The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located.
