The holiday home "AL COTTAGE" is located in Vassena (Oliveto Lario), just 70 meters from Lake Como in a strategic spot.
Nearby you’ll find a minimarket, pharmacy, restaurant, two bars, bus stop for Lecco and Bellagio, ferry dock, and boat and kayak rentals.
Recently renovated in 2023 and 2024, the house offers a spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with large and small appliances: fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, toaster, hand blender, and coffee machine.
There’s also a laundry room with washing machine, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
Upstairs you’ll find the main bedroom with smart TV, a second bedroom with bunk bed and desk, and a bathroom with shower.
Cleaning supplies, bed linens, and towels are provided.
The kitchen includes basic food essentials.
A private garage exclusively for guests is available 50 meters from the house.
Vassena is a great starting point for trekking and mountain biking, with routes leading to Civenna and its "big bench", Magreglio and the Cycling Museum, and Bellagio with its charming village, Medieval Tower, Villa Melzi gardens, and "Salita Serbelloni".
Bellagio is famous for "Punta Spartivento", the panoramic spot where Lake Como splits in two.
From Bellagio, a 16-minute ferry ride takes you to Varenna, known for the "Lovers’ Walk" and "Villa Monastero".
Lecco is 15 km away, Como with its lakeside promenade, cathedral, and funicular to Brunate is 30 km away, and Milan is 35 km from the property.

Very good place. Einkaufsmöglichkeit, sehr gutes Restaurant, 50 m zum See, bademöglichkeit 100 m Schade, dass man keinen „Draußenplatz“ hat. Ankunftsdatum - 27. Juni 2024
