A localização é muito boa em Funchal e tem parking de rua com facilidade para estacionar. O único ponto a apontar é que a casa tinha cheiro de mofo e tinta forte. O anfitrião não soube dizer a marca da máquina do café, entretanto deixo aqui que é a cafeteira do Continente.
