Modern and elegant fully renovated two-bedroom apartment with one bathroom and a private patio, located just a few minutes’ walk from downtown Seville.
Upon entering, you will find an open-concept living room with an integrated kitchen. The living area features a sofa bed, two armchairs, Smart TV, coffee table, and two balconies with outdoor views. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and includes a dining area for four.
The master bedroom has a 150 x 200 cm double bed, a balcony with views, and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two single beds of 90 x 200 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped, with direct access to the private patio featuring an outdoor dining area to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee.
The apartment is located on Acetres street, next to Cuna street, in an excellent area surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. Acetres I will make your stay in Seville an unforgettable experience.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
