This two-level townhouse is in the peaceful Villaggio dell’Orologio, about 450 m from the beach.
The ground floor features a kitchenette, bright living room, and double bedroom.
Upstairs, there’s a second double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with shower, and a loft area (no door) with 2 single beds that can join to form a double.
The property also offers a large private garden accessible from all ground-floor rooms, a washing machine, A/C, and 2 private parking spaces (included in the price). *Check-in: 16:00-18:00 (19:00 in high season)-upon request only until 22:00 *Check-out: 10:00 °Services included: -Final cleaning -1 beach place (1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds) °Services/items not included-Mandatory>to be paid in cash upon arrival at the agency: -Security deposit: 100 euros>to be returned at the check-out after the apartment inspection -City tax °Not included-Optional>to be requested in advance and paid in cash upon arrival at the agency.

Úžasné ubytování. Skvělý přístup agentury.. úžasný mám na check inu… skvělá lokalita, klidna lokalita, kousek od moře. Skvělé vybavení, nic nám nechybělo. Měli jsme i pejsky a vše bez problémů.
Všechno bylo úžasné.
Zentral, nicht weit vom Strand und Restaurants. Sehr gute Bäckerei.

Küche, Besteck, Gläser und Tassen schmudelig. Allgemein nicht sauber. Möbel uralt. Schränke defekt. Parkett defekt, es löst sich vom Boden. Rolladen im unteren Zimmer defekt. Dusche defekt. Bad schmudelig und nicht sauber. Abfall unter dem Bett. Klimaanlage übervordert bei Hitze. Gartenstuhlauflage...

Super Agentur und der Besitzer des Hauses hat sich persönlich vorgestellt.
Haus ist mit genügend Geschirr und Co. ausgestattet.
Ich fand, das Haus war nett eingerichtet und bis auf das Badezimmer in guten Zustand.
Das Badezimmer kommt in die Jahre, die Dusch Armatur war kaputt und der Wasserdruck sehr schwach.
Duschwand gab es auch keine wie am Bild, sondern einen, zu kurzen, Dusch Vorhang...wäre aber nur bei zu großem Wasserdruck ein Problem. 😉
