The building is a large residential complex just a few steps from the beach, conveniently located near the center of Bibione Pineda, and features a panoramic rooftop swimming pool.
The apartment, ideal for up to four guests and equipped with A/C, is situated on the raised ground floor.
It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with a large fridge, a TV, a double bedroom, a windowed bathroom with shower curtains, and a furnished terrace. °Photos are generic: the accommodation may differ in furniture, decorations, and colours.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid-June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance. °Pets are not allowed. *Check-in: from 17:00 to 19:00 *Check-out: until 09:00 °Services/items not included - Mandatory > to be paid upon arrival at the agency: -Security deposit: 100 Euros > to be returned at check-out after the accommodation inspection -City tax °Services/items not included - Optional and subject to availability > to be requested in advance and paid in cash upon arrival at the agency: -Final cleaning > you can choose to clean the property yourself or buy the service: 60 Euros *Kitchenette cleaning: 30 Euros -Bed linen: 11 Euros/person -Towels: 11 Euros/person. -Crib/Cot: 35 Euros/week -High chair: 20 Euros/week -1 private beach place: between 110 and 130 Euros/week (price subject to change), depending on the beach (1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, 1 deckchair, starting from the 4th row upwards) If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you may be required to pay according to YourRentals’s property damage policy.

Vše podle očekávání . Bazén byl čistý a velké plus u tohoto ubytování.A celkové umístění na jedničku .Co se týče komunikace s hostilem ,nemám žádnou výtku,spíš naopak .Byli jsme velmi spokojeni a rádi se vrátíme .

Swimming pool was closed! ( they better mention this earlier) there was coffee machine & also not any single pan to cook that’s silly. And cleaning cost extra 60€. Parking garage was empty but unfortunately staff said they don’t have parking space. That all makes sense.

A tenger közel volt,tiszta és igényesen parkosított, a város is pár perc séta! A piac hatalmas és minden igényt kielégítő! Az éttermek szuperek! A medence kiváló minőségű tiszta kellemes vizű, gyönyörű kilátással! A klima jól tette a dolgát. Kellemesen telt 😊
A parkoló szűk és azt sem tudtuk hova kell állni, a mi szobaszámunk tele volt mások eszközeivel. Az ott dolgozó személyzet nem tudta melyik a mi szobánk, de sikerült megtalálni mindent! A tusoló pici, de végülis elfogadható. Az ágy matracai kissé kényelmetlenek voltak.
