Pleasant apartment in garden level, comfortably equipped, located in Favone (23 km north of Porto-Vecchio) in a quiet and welcoming residence at 500 m from the sandy beach, shops and sports activities, can accommodate up to 6 people.
You can enjoy the sea view from the terrace and the living room and the swimming pool at disposal in the residence. Swimming pool in the residence Inside the residence you will find two swimming pools: one for small children and one for adults, as well as a tennis court at the disposal of the tenants free of charge.
Each villa has its own parking space. The residence is fully fenced and has a gate with digicode for your peace of mind. At 500 m : shops (restaurants, pizzeria, bars, grocery store, beach articles store, souvenirs #) - Sports activities in the sea, mountains and river nearby Description : Bathroom : shower, sink, bidet, wc WC : separated. Room 1 : 180 cm bed, storage space Bedroom 2 : 2 beds in 90, storage space. Living room / Kitchen # sea view : fridge-freezer, electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, pull-out bed. Large terrace with sea view: dining area, fixed stone barbecue. Internet via WI-Fi with top-up ticket (extra charge): €5/person/device/week A credit card imprint as a deposit will be requested upon arrival : Deposit : 800 €. Optional: cleaning (€85) and linen hire Visitor's tax payable on arrival

Un appartement simple, un peu ancien pour les équipements mais pratique, deux chambres et une belle terrasse avec une vue mer et sans vis à vis, un bonheur !! Nous avons cuisiné sur place c'est bien équipé.
La piscine partagée est très grande et ouverte jusqu'à 22h30 ce qui est très agréable après ...
