Small private residence "feet in the water" located between the beach of Canella and the beach of Favone composed of 5 air-conditioned mini-villas with direct access to the sea by the garden.
The residence is located in front of the sea in a large shaded garden closed by a gate.
The mini-villa n°2, comfortably equipped, can accommodate 2 to 3 persons.
To the south, 2 km away, you will find Favone with its sandy beach and its small shops: grocery store (bread/croissant shop), beach articles, restaurants.
Also for the sportsmen, many sports activities await you in the vicinity.
Sports activities: pedal boats, sea kayaking, sailing school, diving club, jet boat rental, boat rental (motor, sail) with or without skipper, tennis, horseback riding, climbing, canyoning ...
At 30 mn by car is the mountainous Massif "Les Aiguilles de Bavella" (Alt. 1300 m) : walks in the mountains and in the forest, bathing in the river (natural swimming pools).
Description : Living room/kitchenette : 1 bed in 90 being used as a sofa, television (French), dishwasher, washing machine, fridge (table top), microwave, stove, extractor hood, induction cooker, coffee machine ...
Bathroom : shower, sink, toilet Mezzanine open on the living room, no door 2 beds 90 which can be brought closer and form a double bed, arrangements.
Terrace with sea view (fenced and closed by gate) : blind, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue.
Exterior Fenced residence on the immediate sea front - pebble beach and sandy cove on the right - large shaded garden - A credit card imprint as a guarantee deposit will be requested at your arrival : Deposit : 500 €.
Optional: cleaning (€75) and linen hire Cleaning is compulsory if the animal is left before 9:00 a.m. or if you leave before 9:00 a.m.

Location simple et fonctionnelle avec une très belle vue sur mer. Canella 2.
Le contact avec l'agence s'est très bien passé . Arrivée tardive super arrangeant. D'une très grande gentillesse.
Seul bémol de la location le bruit de la route mais c'était indiqué dans le descriptif donc pas surprise .
Parking pour garer sa voiture. Tout est bien conçu .

Hors séjour très calme avec vue sur la mer mini villa bien équipée. Jardin dans la résidence disponible et très ombragé. Proche de la plage candella à 5mn en voiture. Très belle plage et commerces à Solenzara. La location est au bord de la route nationale ce qui génère du bruit de circulation
