Situated in Barberino Val D'Elsa, the farmhouse "Podere San Bartolo - Fienile" occupies an independent part of a converted barn and creates a memorable setting for your stay.
This 2-storey property consists of a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate 8 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a satellite TV, a dishwasher, and air conditioning.
A baby cot and a high chair can also be provided.
This farmhouse features a furnished outdoor terrace and a range of shared amenities: a shared pool (open from April 27 to October 5), a panoramic garden, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, and restrooms.
Pool regulations are displayed at the entrance.
Moreover, there is a shared laundry area next to the pool. 4 parking spaces are available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
Smoking is not permitted on this property.
Stag parties or similar events are allowed.
There is CCTV in the parking area and the alleyways.
Beach/pool towels are provided.
The property offers homemade/homegrown produce.
