This charming 48 m² air-conditioned flat is located on the 2nd floor (without lift) and is composed of :
- a very nice balcony with a clear view on the sea,
- a bright living room with panoramic view and a comfortable sofa-bed,
- a very well equipped kitchen (coffee machine, ice machine, kettle, microwave, hotplates, fridge, dishwasher)
- a bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm),
- a bathroom with shower,
- hoover, washing machine, tumble dryer, hair dryer, ironing facilities,
