The Residence "Le Terrazze" in the center of the Gagarin Promenade, in the heart of the seaside resort of Seccagrande, offers spacious furnished and accessorized apartments in an exclusive and very central location, served (in summer) by all services: restaurants, pizzerias, supermarket, pubs, etc.
All the apartments are furnished and equipped with everything (dishes, dishes, hair dryer, washing machine and bucket x wash linen, clothesline, clothespins and even sheets and blankets) and also, thanks to the large terraces that can be enjoyed, offer the possibility of sunbathing and eating outside while enjoying a unique sea view! Apartment C in particular, being on the top floor of the Residence, enjoys a panoramic view and, thanks to the direct connection between the kitchen and the terrace, offers the possibility, if needed, to transform the living room into an additional room! In this way, a family of four can accommodate grandparents or uncles! In addition to being in a prime location for the view, Apartment A is also the ideal place from which to sunbathe or relax while reading a book or admiring the sunset! The noise and the view of the sea will do the rest to make your vacation unforgettable! Don't be fooled by appearances! To access Apartment C you will only have to climb TWO flights of stairs! On the contrary, to go to the beach, go down the two flights of stairs and, having walked down the street, you will have already arrived! Ready to take a dip? Thanks to the location, the apartments are very convenient for grocery shopping: there is a supermarket at the end of the Promenade open from June to September (inclusive) that can also be reached on foot, plus a couple of Minimarket-Macellerie also open only in the summer, there is then, also in Seccagrande, a Bakery that bakes bread every day and various street vendors who pass by the promenade every day and from whom you can buy fruit, vegetables and fresh fish.
Every Thursday then there is the weekly market up in the village of Ribera.
As for the clubs (bars, pubs, ice cream parlors, pizzerias and restaurants), these too are open almost exclusively in the summer and are all concentrated in the Lungomare area so practically on your doorstep! At the same time, if you love peace and quiet, just take a few steps to discover very quiet and almost isolated little beaches where you can enjoy the ultimate in relaxation!
