Ma Conciergerie en Normandie presents you "The 3 Bell Towers".


Capable of accommodating up to 2 travelers, it is composed as follows

- A beautiful living/dining room with a dining area and a Smart TV;

- A fully equipped separate kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and all necessary equipment for cooking delicious meals);

- 1 bedroom area with a quality double bed and a wardrobe;

- 1 shower room with a rain shower.


Offering a beautiful view of the city's numerous bell towers, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the city center while being quiet (apartment overlooking the courtyard).


Complimentary amenities include: bed and bath linen, WiFi, tea and coffee, iron and ironing board. Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.


LET'S BE RESPECTFUL: To respect the neighborhood, we kindly ask you to limit noise between 10 pm and 7 am. No festive events will be tolerated in the accommodation. In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the lease and activate the security deposit in case of excesses or damages.

When staying with us, you will have access to all areas of the accommodation.



##Interaction


We will be pleased to personally welcome you to our beautiful apartment. Please inform us of your expected arrival time at least 24 hours before your check-in. This will allow us to organize the key handover more effectively. We wish you a wonderful stay with us!



##Neighborhood


The accommodation is located in the hypercenter of Rouen at the foot of Place St Maclou. Just a few steps away, you will find numerous gourmet restaurants, various shops, as well as direct access to main public transport.



##Notes

Your host will be available during your stay to ensure you have a wonderful time in our beautiful Normandy.


Check-in: Physical check-in will take place between 4 pm and 8 pm. Please inform us of your arrival time as early as possible to better organize your key handover.


Check-out: Between 8 am and 11 am.


We strive to provide you with a quality welcome. Please be as precise as possible about your arrival times and notify your host in case of delay. Any arrival after 8:30 pm will be charged €20, payable through the rental platform, in cash upon arrival, or deducted from your deposit.


If you arrive after 10:30 pm, it will no longer be possible to welcome you, and your night will not be refunded if applicable. Note that we will always do our best to find a solution, so please notify us as soon as possible in case of unforeseen circumstances.


A valid ID may be requested upon entry. A check-in inventory and photo inventory of the equipment will be conducted before your arrival.


If additional guests beyond those indicated in your reservation stay in the accommodation, a supplement of €100/person per night will be deducted from your deposit.
