With two private parking spaces (a closed garage and an outdoor parking area), you can fully enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind. Villa Lavandière charms with its bright rooms, high ceilings, and large windows that let in beautiful natural light.
Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living area offering a cozy lounge with a sofa and flat-screen TV, as well as a welcoming dining area. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals with ease.
From the living room, access the south-facing terrace, where you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the tranquility and privacy of the setting. On the first floor, you'll find three comfortable bedrooms: one with a king-size bed (160x200 cm), one with a double bed (140x200 cm), and two single beds (90x200 cm) that can be joined together as needed.
A bathroom with a bathtub and vanity, as well as a separate toilet, complete this floor. The second floor features a refined master suite, equipped with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a luxurious bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, and a dressing room. Finally, in the basement, a relaxation area with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) offers additional sleeping space or a perfect place to unwind. This elegant and spacious villa combines comfort, charm, and practicality for an unforgettable stay in Colmar. Thanks to its ideal location next to the city's pedestrian zone, it occupies a strategic position during your visits and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this neighborhood during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market. Everything is included in the price: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi. To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax remotely by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the security deposit via a Swikly link or by credit card (authorization). Security deposit amount: €1,000. Check-in is self-service thanks to a key box, for a simple and flexible setup.

Sehr geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes und schönes Haus.
Auf den 2. Blick vielleicht nicht überall ganz sauber. Abwicklung mit der Vermietung war etwas aufwändig und kompliziert.
