Located in Flensburg, the holiday apartment Ferienwohnung 'altstadtquartier' has everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
Located right in the heart of Flensburg in an alley next to the pedestrian zone in the listed Huus Hillig-Geist, 3 rooms, WLAN, own parking lot Located on the first floor with a separate entrance in the listed town house "Huus Hillig-Geist", the Altstadtquartier apartment is the ideal starting point for anyone who wants to explore the city from the quiet side street.
With only a few steps (approx. 20 m) you are directly in the more than 2 km long pedestrian zone with its stores, restaurants and cafés and can thus explore Flensburg.
You can also reach the Museumsberg or the harbor in just 5 minutes.
During the Christmas season, you can enjoy the Christmas market and, if you wish, retreat to the apartment in just a few steps.

Die Hausmeisterin war telefonisch gleich erreichbar, war freundlich.
Heizung und Dusche funktionierten ganz gut.
Durchlöchertes Spannbetttuch,
Bettwäsche Reißverschluss defekt an beiden Bezügen, 20 Euro bezahlt.
Kontaktlose Schlüsselentnahme in einem sehr stark sanierungsbedürftigen Treppenhaus. Blick aus Küche und Schlafzimmer in einen alten sanierungsbedürftigen Hinterhof.
Für mich hatte die Wohnung keinen Charme, nur zweckmäßig.

Wir waren als Paar in dieser sehr zentral gelegenen Wohnung. Man ist in nur wenigen Schritten auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt oder den Cafes, Restaurants oder auch an der Foerde. Die Wohnung wurde mit viel Chrame und Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - es war sehr ruhig (vom Wei...
