With a view of the Atlantic, the vacation home "Casa Sol y Mar Tías" in Tías is perfect for a relaxing holiday.
The property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The property offers a shared outdoor area with a fenced pool (complete with an insulating cover that heats the water), a garden, 3 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue, a playground and an outdoor shower. The property is located 5 km from the nearest beach and Puerto del Carmen, where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and pharmacies. A private enclosed parking space is available upon request and for a fee; free parking can be found on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Please avoid unnecessary noise after 10 pm. Air conditioning is not available. The property has step-free access and interior, the doors are wide and easy to access. There are security cameras at the entrance door. Beach/pool towels are provided. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has guidelines to help guests with the correct separation of waste, more information is provided on site. This property has light and water-saving features. The electricity at this property is partly generated by photovoltaic panels and wind power. A shuttle service to the airport and train station is available for an extra fee.

Las 2 casas y la piscina exterior dan la sensación de ser todavía más grande y espaciosa. Todos los servicios de la casa geniales y el anfitrión siempre a disposición y muy amable. Totalmente recomendable.
