Welcome to the "Wiking-Koje 8" holiday apartment in Schleswig – your perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday on the Schlei fjord! This modern and stylishly furnished, accessible apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in 74 m² of living space.
Located on the second floor of a building constructed in 2023, it is easily accessible by elevator. The apartment features an inviting living room with an open-plan design that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a relaxed atmosphere.
Enjoy cozy evenings on the comfortable sofa or a meal at the dining table, which offers ample space for socializing.
A digital TV connection provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. A special highlight of the apartment is the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area – the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee or watch the sunset in the evening.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals. Two bedrooms each offer a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with grab bars and underfloor heating for added comfort.
A vanity mirror and hairdryer are also provided.
A washing machine is available for shared use in the neighboring house, ensuring you always have fresh laundry, even during longer stays.
Thanks to the unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can even bring your own boat and moor it at a berth directly at the Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details. A wide range of leisure activities are available nearby: from swimming at the sandy beach and fishing to cycling and various water sports – there's something for everyone! For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price. Tolle, gut geschnittene Wihnung mit herrlichem Blick auf die Schlei... Fußläufig in die Holmer Fischersiedlung, Kloster und Dom. Zum Einkaufen etwas weiter, nur mit Auto oder vielleicht auch Fahrrad. Im Feriengebiet ein kleines Café mit Frühstücksangebot, Kuchen.... Zur Zeit noch viel Baustelle...

Die Wohnung ist hell, angenehm und hochwertig eingerichtet.
Es fehlen noch Utensilien für die Küche: Deckel für Pfannen, mehr Töpfe und mehr Geschirrhandtücher.
