The sea and the Nave di Cascella are about 100 metres away, the Vittoria Colonna modern art museum about 200m. The proximity to the train and bus station only 350 metres from the flat makes travelling around the city and to other destinations very convenient. The airport is only 6.5 km away.

There are many attractions in the city, from the numerous churches such as the Cathedral of San Cetteo, to the birthplace of Gabriele D'Annunzio, which is now a museum dedicated to his life and literary works, or interesting museums such as the Museum of Visual Arts. The Aurum building, on the other hand, is known to have started out as a distillery for the liqueur of the same name. After years of flourishing activity, however, it was converted back to cultural use and is considered a cultural icon in the city. It hosts exhibitions by various artists and associations in some rooms. Finally, the historic centre of Pescara offers a pleasant environment for walks and new discoveries.
