In Chamrousse, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this 36 m² flat for rent at the foot of the slopes, with mountain views, which can accommodate up to 7 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 17 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The accommodation comprises:
- A 17 m² living room with double sofa bed and TV
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed and a single bed
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- A 14m² balcony overlooking the forest and mountains, with garden furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The Domaine de l'Arselle / Les Villages du Bachat is a *** tourist residence that was completely renovated in 2006/2007 to welcome families and all lovers of nature and sporting activities: skiing / sledging / hiking...
If you come out of season, almost all shops are closed. Don't hesitate to ask at the tourist office before your stay.
Situated in the heart of a spruce forest and a stone's throw from a listed nature reserve, with a magnificent view of the Taillefer Massif and the Arselle plateau, this residence boasts modern architecture, with 8 mini villages that blend in perfectly with the surroundings.
It's a lively area with all the services tenants expect: supermarket, bar, restaurants, ski hire. Everything is within walking distance. You don't need a car.
Activities :
- Hiking trails (on foot in summer and on snowshoes in winter) start from the residence. Nordic ski area nearby.
- Toboggan runs, entertainment, bowling green and adventure course also on site.
- Snowshoeing: 17 km of marked trails
- Downhill skiing: 90 km of pistes, including 43 slopes and 15 ski lifts
- Nordic skiing: 40 km of runs in a 44-hectare wooded area
- Entertainment, shows, walks, orienteering, tennis, trails, horse riding, via ferrata, water skiing, mountain biking, etc. can also keep your summer busy.

Transport :
- By car : you can park for free in the private car park (no allocated space, only one vehicle allowed).
- Public car parks in the surrounding area are free. There are plenty all around the Arselle domain.
- The accommodation is also accessible by train: from Grenoble station you can take a shuttle bus to Chamrousse. At the Chamrousse resort, a free shuttle bus will take you to the foot of the flat.
The resort is situated at an altitude of 1700 metres, which means that snow cover is not a problem during the winter months. Snow tyres are compulsory. Once you arrive, you can leave the car in the private parking area and enjoy the mountain.
Other remarks :
- To get to the flat you need to go down a small staircase (5 steps).
In winter, make sure you are equipped for the snow.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be made by our service provider on site).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.

En globalité c'etais satisfaisant
Les activités indiquées n'étaient finalement pas toutes accessibles comme indiqué... La saison n 'étais pas prête et a débuté tardivement, ce qui a eu un impact sur nos loisirs.... décevant, nous avons même été refusées à certains programmes car par assez de monde....pas assez rentable pour eux .. , l'animatrice qui nous indique un lac de baignade qui finalement est interdit...etc .

The place is cozy and has a good view. There are Pub, restaurant, supermarket and ski station very close by. It's just not 10/10 because there is no Wi-Fi and you have to pay for bedsheets.
