Welcome to Tavira Mar! Enjoy this cozy top-floor corner apartment with a beautiful sea view, located just 350 meters from the water and equipped with all the comforts you need.
The apartment is practically furnished and suitable for both short and long stays.
You will appreciate the positive energy here! The long, white sandy beach is nearby and easily accessible by charming fishing boats that provide service throughout the day.
The pier is only 350 meters from the apartment.
In the vicinity, you'll find a supermarket just 400 meters away, and for more extensive shopping, you can visit Tavira, located 6 kilometers away (about a 9-minute drive).
If you prefer public transportation, the bus stop is 500 meters away, and the train station is 1,000 meters away.
A complimentary private parking space in the garage under the building is included.
Access You will receive a four-digit code to access the apartment, which is to be entered into a black box next to the front entrance door.

A few house rules and recommendations • No pets allowed. • No smoking or drug use. • No loud parties. • After 9:00 PM, please keep noise to a minimum on the terrace to respect the neighbors. • Dispose of your garbage regularly to avoid unpleasant odors.
Containers for glass and cardboard waste are located in front of the building. • Respect the environment and use electronic devices responsibly.
Turn off the air conditioning every time you leave, and keep the doors closed when it is in use. • Always leave the key in the safety box when you go out to prevent loss.

Sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll möbliert.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass Kochen dort Spaß macht.
Viele angenehme Details wie z.B. Salatschleuder, genügend Geschirr und Weingläser.
Die Nähe zum Bootsanleger und zum kleinen Supermarkt.
Viel Stauraum, auch im Badezimmer.
Für einen längeren Aufenthalt ( wir waren 18 Tage dort) gut geeignet.

Das Appartement liegt nur 350 m vom Meer und den Booten zum vorgelagerten Strand entfernt, von der kleinen Terrasse sieht man das Meer. Wir haben im Urlaub noch nie ein so perfekt und geschmackvoll ausgestattetes Appartement gehabt - besonders die Küche war wirklich großartig .
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war bestens.
