Holiday rental in Sète: Pretty apartment of 28 m2, located in a quiet, wooded residence, 100 m from the beach.
It is on the ground floor in a quiet, wooded residence.
The latter consists of a living room with pull-out beds, TV, an equipped kitchenette area (fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob). A bedroom with 2 90cm bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, sink and WC. In the entrance you will find a large closet. A parking space is provided for this apartment at number 155. Pet accepted: €30. Late arrival possible: €50 (contact us for details.) OPTIONAL services depending on availability: bed linen rental (15€ per bed), towel rental (12€ per person), end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) 60€, mini wifi box (39€/week). NOT INCLUDED: toilet paper, household products, toiletries. To be paid on arrival, tourist tax (5.5% of the price of the stay) and security deposit (300€) by card. La proximité de la mer, des commerces, des alentours,
Un clic clac serait plus agréable ds le salon car pour un couple plus âgé, difficile de se coucher ras terre .
Manque 1 four également
Parfait pour un séjour de vacances à Sète, à 2 pas de la plage et la mer, mais aussi de la ville.

Emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la plage et de la promenade jusqu'à la Corniche ou la Marina, très pratique et bien organisé.
Fonctionnel et bien équipé, la terrasse et l'espace extérieur sont très appréciables par temps ensoleillé .. ou gris :)
