What a beautiful location this is. The mountain road curves higher and higher, leading you to this detached holiday home at the end of the road. Peace, space and privacy are assured. The sun is turning around the house through the day for you to endlessly enjoy the beautiful mountain panorama from the terrace. The large downstairs kitchen is fully equipped. This leaves the living room on the first floor for relaxing, or a maybe a game of table tennis in the playroom?
The location is very central in both summer and winter. In a few minutes by car, you can be in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-sure glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). In summer too, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, all in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!" The chalet is easily accessible via a mountain road, the last 200 metres of which are unpaved and steep. Although the road is always cleared of snow in winter, it is compulsory to put on snow chains at the bottom (near the church). If uncertain, it is wise to ask the caretaker about this


Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
Access the house you have to go through 200 meter of unpaved road.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.
