This contemporary apartment for 4 people, is in a pretty residence, on the hillside looking out over Lake Como.
The first-floor apartment is suitable for a couple looking for a romantic getaway, or friends who want a base to explore this beautiful part of Italy.
The décor is contemporary and creates a relaxing environment for guests.
The open-plan living area is furnished with a sofa and flatscreen TV.
The dining table and chairs are next to the kitchen, which is equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and coffee machine.
Large glass doors lead from the living room to a private balcony with a panoramic view over Lake Como.
The outdoor table and chairs allow guests to relax and enjoy the scenery with a cup of coffee or an aperitif.
Open stairs lead up to the mezzanine bedroom.
Sleeping Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.

The apartment is close to many restaurants and other amenities.
There is even a restaurant/pizzeria on the ground floor of the residence for lunch, dinner or takeaway.
For guests who want to cook for themselves, Menaggio’s farmers market takes place on the 2nd and 4th Friday of the month.

Lake Como Adventures (20-minute drive), offers a wide range of activities including climbing, canyoning, hiking and skiing in the winter months.
For something more relaxing, there is the Lido Menaggio (8 minutes) where for a fee visitors can enjoy swimming in the lake, or the swimming pool and sunbathe on one of the loungers.
Milan’s international Linate airport is a 1 hour 50 minute drive from the apartment and Milan Malpensa airport 1 hour and 40 minutes away.

La vue est magnifique très propre et le restaurant juste en bas facilite la vie quand on vient d’arriver. Le personnel est super demander Alexandra.
Qu’on ait pas eut plus de précisions que le logement se trouve sur une montée. La vue est magnifique mais le chemin du ferry au logement nécessite un vrai cardio avec les valises. Je conseilles de louer une voiture si vous n’aimez pas beaucoup marcher ou prendre les pentes.
Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Am besten war der fantastische Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See.
Eigentlich nur dass die Küche mit sehr wenig Geschirr ausgestattet war vor allem Besteck. Und der Toaster funktionierte nicht.

Schöne Wohnung, hervorragende Aussicht, jeden Abend genossen, gute und günstige Verkehrsanbindung, wir haben viele schöne Orte kennengelernt Menaggio, Varenna, Val Sanagra, Val Verzasca, Como, Monte Grona, Bellano, Belaggio, Milano, Nesso, Tremezzina, freundliche und hilfsbereite Menschen. Die beruhigende Wirkung des Sees mit dem italienischen Flair werden wir nie vergessen.
