Beautiful vacation house rental near Florence, Tuscany.
San Guido is a recently renovated country house converted into a lovely vacation villa.
The owners have furnished and decorated it with a tasteful mix of old and new touches.
With 3 bedrooms, large common areas, and all amenities, San Guido can accommodate up to 6/8 people.
A well-tended garden and a private pool with panoramic views await you for fun and relaxing during your stay.
Outside there is also a furnished barbecue area where you can enjoy al fresco meals.
The property is provided with an automatic system to spread out a natural insecticide in the outer perimeter of the villa in order to prevent the presence of mosquitos.
San Guido’s location is ideal for a peaceful vacation, and at the same time perfect for reaching Tuscany’s most important cities, such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo, the Chianti hills and historical villages.
If you love shopping, renowned “The Mall Firenze” is just 13 km away! The property owners live on site, but do not use the pool or garden.
They are always available to help should you need it.

Es ist ein tolles Haus mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick! Wir waren Ende Oktober dort - die Poolanlage war super schön, hier haben wir viel Zeit verbracht (aufgrund der Jahreszeit allerdings nicht im Wasser). Auch die Nähe nach Florenz war top. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

A beautiful, really well equipped villa with spectacular views across vineyards. the owners have provided really high quality facilities inside and out and the villa was spotlesssly clean. Very private with a lovely pool. The owners were helpful and friendly. No hesitation to recommend this property.

We had the most wonderful stay in San Guido. The villa is equipped with everything you will need and the host were very accommodating with answering any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here and we would love to come back!
