The holiday home "Appartamento Villa Degli Ulivi Flora" in Palermo is the perfect place for a stress-free getaway with your loved ones.
The 80 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Please note that the 2 bedrooms are connected by a frosted glass sliding door, so privacy is not fully guaranteed (for example, for 2 couples).
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, and washing machine.
A baby cot is also available.
The private outdoor area is well equipped with a garden and barbecue for your enjoyment.
The holiday home is a 10-minute walk from Mondello beach.
The surrounding area offers restaurants, additional serviced beaches, and public transport links.
Upon request, guests can enjoy private boat tours along the coasts of Zingaro, Scopello, Castellammare or Terrasini, Calarossa, Calette di Magaggiari, and more.
Free on-street parking is available.

La maison est proche de la mer, très bien équipée, propreté, machine à laver à disposition, wifi très fonctionnelle, propriétaire à l’écoute de chaque demande. tout était nickel merci encore on a vraiment apprécier notre séjour grâce à vous
