A newly renovated 3 bedroom ground floor traditional house, situated on the verge of the Old Town (50m, less than a minute walk!), with its own yard (!), one minute walk from the city centre, a minute away from a big supermarket, Zara, banks, bakery, 4min from the bus station and only 8-9min away from the Nea Chora’s beach (the only blue flag beach in the city centre). Ideal for families or big groups.
The house offers three A/C bedrooms, a fully equipped modernised kitchen, two bathrooms, a living room (the sofa can be used to sleep two people) with a hidden yard for full privacy. The interior was decorated in such a way to preserve some of its traditional character but at the same time an elegant touch was given to create a homely and inspiring modern atmosphere.
The house in total can accommodate 8 people in total and offers all the comforts required for relaxing
holidays in Chania.
The location of the house is not only ideal for people that would like to take time to stroll in the alleys of the Venetian town, but also for people who would like to explore Crete as the bus station is so close (4min walk), which practically means that the whole Crete is at your feet! All the major shops like Zara, Bsb, H&m etc, along with some local chains are at your disposal within 1-5min. Agora Market is only 3-4min away and the best part is that you always find a free place to park closeby to the house.
• Bedrooms
As mentioned, the house offers three bedrooms each with its own character. The master bedroom is the most modern, it has a double bed, and a office desk to work. There are also chairs to sit and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom is minimally furniture and it has two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside table. The third bedroom, with a traditional style, offers a double bed with wardrobe and bedside tables.
• Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. The first one is beautifully redesigned with sink, toilet, and shower cabins. The second one is auxiliary but it offers shower, toilet and sink too.
A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials and towels are provided for the guests.
• Kitchen
The kitchen is beautifully decorated to impart the element of renovation. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare in style any meal of the day. There is a microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee. The wooden dining table and chairs can comfortably accommodate.
• Living room
Located right after you enter, and it has a sofa (which can be converted to a bed for two), a TV and some rustic furniture.
• Yard
After a tiring day at the beach, this is the best place to sit and enjoy either your meal or to share the great moments you had with your friends and family. During a hot day, this will be your perfect “shelter”.
