The holiday apartment "Residencial Parque las Flores" is situated in Puerto de la Cruz and boasts a beautiful view of the Atlantic.
The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an additional toilet and can accommodate 4 people.
On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan, a washing machine and a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair can also be provided. This property features a private outdoor area with a covered terrace and balcony.
Guests also have access to a shared outdoor space with a pool and garden. The apartment is set in a residential area that gets very quiet in the after-dinner hours.
The nearest supermarket with good produce is found within 2 walking minutes up to San Antonio Street.
A weekend minimarket is located to the left in the roundabout below the property. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Additional cleaning service can be provided (for a fee). Guests are asked to observe the quiet hours during their stay.

Insgesamt war der Service ok, zwei kleinere Probleme wurden umgehend gelöst. Anlage schlicht,aber sehr sauber. Zum Centrum ca. 15 Min. - Taxi zurück ca. 5-6 Euro. Autobus-Haltestelle nah am Haus.
Unbedingt sollten verschiedene Liegen am Pool ausgetauscht werden!! Auch diverse Küchenutensilien sollten ausgetauscht oder ergänzt werden! Auch die Info-Mappe sollte mal auf den neuesten Stand gebracht werden.
