The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, a whirlpool, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
Public transport links are within walking distance and all necessary services (restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) are close by. 2 parking spaces are available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
One pet is allowed.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Guests are kindly requested not to make loud noises after 22.00 h.

Perfectly equipped, especially for families with small children. The house is super cute and the garden and pool are ideal for relaxing.
Luca and Saida were perfect hosts who were extremely helpful whenever we had questions.
We would love to come back soon.

Sehr schöne Anlage, Ausstattung des Hauses sehr gut. Sehr sauber. Spiele vorhanden. Pool ist schön groß und sauber. Eigener Parkplatz im Hof.
Es liegt etwas entlegen,ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil,allerdings befindet sich auch eine Bushaltestelle wenige Meter entfernt.
Magnifique sejour sur une île paradisiaques. Tout etait très propres.
