The 200 m² property features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 6 people.
Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TV with streaming services, cot, and high chair. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden, covered terrace, and playground.
Parking is free on the street.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee (except cats).
Smoking and events are not permitted.
Air conditioning is not available.
The security deposit is charged at check-in, and daily cleaning can be requested for an extra cost. The house is located next to the Ria de Aveiro, 2 km from the beach and 5 km from the ferry to São Jacinto and Forte da Barra.
