Located in Vélez Málaga, the holiday home 'Brisa del mar' has everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with cable and streaming services, a fan as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor area with a garden, an open terrace, and an outdoor shower.
Shared swimming pool available from the 1st of July to the end of August (subject to governmental drought regulations).
The property is located close to the beach, and public transport links are within walking distance.
Chiringuito Carlete, which is run by Alejandro, is less than 400 meters from the house and has one of the best views in the area.
Free parking is available on the street.
Pets, smoking, and events are not allowed.
Don't make noise after 11 pm.
Air conditioning is not available.

Me gustó la piscina, aunque un poco alejada de la vivienda. Pero era agradable el estar allí. El jardín es bonito y muy espacioso. Cocina muy bien equipada. La relación con la anfitriona ha sido muy buena.
Lo peor ha sido el calor que pasamos. Aunque específica que no hay aire acondicionado, al indicarnos que hacía corriente y había ventiladores, creímos que lo llevaríamos bien, pero era insoportable estar en la planta de arriba, de las habitaciones. Muchísimo calor a cualquier hora. Luego hemos venid...

Es ist alles im Haus und im Garten vorhanden, was man gebrauchen könnte, deutlich überdurchschnittliche Ausstattung. Das Haus ist zudem sehr sauber und kürzlich renoviert und ausgestattet worden, z. B. Bäder, Küche, etc.. Die Bilder spiegeln die Realität wider. Der Pool der Wohnanlage ist in 2 Min z...
